Are you looking for a unicorn used tire?

Tire size is typically the only criteria when looking for used tires. Do not expect to find a “used Goodyear Wrangler size 265/70R17 with 10,000 miles” anytime soon. This is not realistic at all.

If you want to try your odds at finding a used tire with criteria other than tire size your best bet is to look online. Facebook Marketplace and Criagslist are good places to start. Good luck!
